Personal vote goes for Space Engine, plus its free.NASAs DART mission will intentionally collide the DART spacecraft with the asteroid Dimorphos, attempting to change its orbit & testing humanity's ability to protect Earth from future asteroids. I just mentioned this so you keep an eye out.
No Mans Sky - Is pretty much an advanced version of Space Engine. That said, the game does look beautiful sometimes when you create a super nova. Calming game, but personally I like sitting alone with a beer in the middle of the night exploring alien worlds more than watching the destruction the solar system. Universe Sandbox 2 - Design a solar system and watch it unfold. But you can run out of fuel so its not anti stress game. And yes you can go inside black holes.Įlite Dangerous - Fun game, explore space and trade. Its fun seeing how alien gas planets look like from the ground. And unlike just staring at blobs of planets you can actually go and land on them. It tries to generate our whole universe so you can even find Mars and Earth on it. You cant do anything per se, just fly around planets.
Space Engine (its free) - I would recommend this if you have a good to middling pc, as it looks nice on full. In between the long stretches of space, you can sit back and contemplate on the meaning of life. Kerbal Space Program - Build your own space craft (extremely hard to do btw) and then fly it and land it on space. Well, you actually have a lot of options.
